My Role: Lead Developer
As the Lead Developer for Boosting Market, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from initial concept to final deployment. My key responsibilities included:
Project Planning and Management: I led the planning phase, defining project scope, objectives, and timelines. I coordinated with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
Technical Architecture: I designed the overall technical architecture of the platform, selecting the appropriate technologies and frameworks to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
Development and Implementation: I was actively involved in the development process, writing code, reviewing pull requests, and ensuring best practices were followed.
Deployment and Maintenance: I led the deployment of the platform, ensuring a smooth rollout and minimal downtime. Post-launch, I continued to monitor performance, address bugs, an implement updates as needed.
My Contributions: Key Tasks
In my role as Lead Developer for Boosting Market, I executed the following tasks to drive the project’s success:
Platform Development and Maintenance: Built and maintained an online platform for boosting services, ensuring it met performance and reliability standards.
Core Feature Development: Designed and implemented payment gateways, authentication/authorization systems, real-time notifications, chat systems, and live order tracking.
Frontend Optimization: Enhanced frontend performance using Laravel, Vue, Nuxt, and MySQL, delivering a responsive and user-friendly interface.
Framework Migration: Led the migration from Vue to Nuxt, boosting Google Page Speed scores, SEO performance, and overall user experience.
Deployment and Scalability: Managed deployment processes using Docker, ensuring efficient containerization, scalability, and smooth platform operation.
Performance Improvements: Conducted performance audits, identified bottlenecks, and implemented optimizations to enhance platform speed and reliability.
